信必可都保吸入治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘70例临床分析

目的探讨信必可都保治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的方法和疗效。方法对70例咳嗽变异型哮喘的患儿,均给于布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗观察疗效。结果 70例咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿经吸入治疗后66例症状缓解,其中显效50例,有效16例,无效4例,有效率94.3%。结论咳嗽变异型哮喘为典型哮喘的先驱表现.早期发现早期诊断十分重要,及早给于吸入糖皮质激素治疗有助于预防咳嗽变异性哮喘转变为典型哮喘。

Clinical Analysis for Seventy Cases with Children Cough Variant Asthma(CVA)Treatedwith Symbicort Turbuhaler

Objective To explore the efficiency and method of Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate powder for Inhalation（Symbicort Turbuhaler）treated for children cough variant asthma（CVA）.Methods 70 cases with children cough variant asthma（CVA）were treated with Symbicort Turbuhaler and we observed its efficiency.Results Of 70 cases with children cough variant asthma（CVA）treated with Symbicort Turbuhaler.clinical conditions was relieve in 66 childre;markediy improve in 50children;effective in 16 children;invalid in 4 children,efficiency was 94.3%.Conclusion Cough variant asthma is a earlier manifestation of typical asthma.It＇smost important to discover earlier and to diagnose earlier.Early treatment with（Symbicort turbuhaler）glucocoitoid can contribute to prevent CVA changing into typical asthma.
