动态超声跟踪检查胎儿肾盂扩张及预后

目的探讨动态超声检查胎儿肾盂扩张及预后。方法对60例20～40周孕妇B超检查胎儿肾盂扩张情况,追踪至出生后B超检查结果进行分析。结果胎儿肾盂扩张<10mm,且胎儿无其他部位异常,均为正常胎儿。胎儿肾盂扩张≥10mm,出现肾脏病理性情况的可能性增加,如合并其他部位异常,胎儿畸形概率明显增大。结论肾盂扩张程度及有无合并其他部位畸形,可作为判断胎儿发育的预后指标。

Follow-up examination of the renal pelvis expansion in fetus by dynamic ultrasound and prognosis

Objective To discuss the clinical implications and prognostic value of the renal pelvis expansion in fetus by dynamic ultrasound.Methods The renal pelvis expansion of fetus was examined in 60 pregnant women of 28 to 40 weeks of pregnancy until parturition.The finding was analyzed in order to predict prognosis.Results The fetus with less than 10 mm expansion of the renal pelvis,as well as no abnormality in other organs,develops all normally.The fetus with more than 10 mm expansion of the renal pelvis may be high possible morbidity of kidney disease.If combined with abnormality of other organs,the possibility of fetal abnormalities significantly increases.Conclusion The degree of the fetal renal pelvis expansion,in combination with other organs' abnormalities,and may be considered as the prognostic index in fetus development.
