鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎临床分析

目的探讨鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院于2010年3月～2012年5月的收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者140例,随机分成对照组和实验组各70例。对照组采用传统的从鼻外径入路的手术方法,实验组采用鼻内镜鼻窦手术,对比两者的临床疗效。结果实验组的有效率及治愈率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组复发率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜鼻窦手术能够明显提高慢性鼻窦炎有效率和治愈率,同时明显降低复发率和术后并发症发生率,在临床治疗中取得了优越的效果,值得进一步推广。

Endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis clinical analysis

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods Selecting 140 cases with chronic sinusitis in the author's hospital from March 2010 to May 2012 were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,each group of 70 cases,The comparison group used the traditional from the outside into the way of surgery,the study group used nasal endoscopic sinus surgery,compared the clinical curative effect.Results The efficient and cure rate of experimental group were obviously better than the control group (P < 0.05);The recurrence rate and complication rates of experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis can significantly improve the effective rate and cure rate,at the same time decrease the recurrence rate and incidence rate of postoperative complications,in clinical treatment achieved favorable effect,and is worth further promotion.
