无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术的临床疗效比较

目的比较无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术的手术效果。方法选取2008年3月～2012年6月于笔者所在医院进行无张力疝修补术手术治疗的33例腹股沟疝患者,设立为A组,同期进行传统疝修补术的33例腹股沟疝患者,设立为B组,应用统计学方法比较两组患者术后下床活动时间、术后平均住院时间及并发症情况。结果 A组术后下床活动时间、术后平均住院时间明显短于B组,A组的并发症发生率明显低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均随访6～12个月,A组患者未发现复发病例,B组复发12例,复发率达36.4%。结论与传统疝修补术相比,无张力疝修补术具有损伤小、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低等优点,值得在基层医院广泛推广和应用。

Clinical efficacy comparative study of tension hernia repair and the traditional hernia repair

Objective To compare surgical effect of tension-free hernia repair and the traditional hernia repair.Methods 33 cases of patients with inguinal hernia establishment of group A,traditional hernia repair over the same period 33 cases of patients with inguinal hernia established as group B,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative hospital stay and complications were compared by the application of statistical methods.Results Postoperative ambulation time,mean postoperative hospital stay in the group A were significantly shorter in group B,complication rate in the group A was significantly lower than in group B (P < 0.05),there were significant differences.The patients were followed up for 6-12 months,A group of patients relapse cases were not found,in the group B 12 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 36.4%.Conclusion Compared with the traditional hernia repair,tension-free hernia repair has damage,postoperative pain,faster recovery,fewer complications,ow recurrence rate,etc.,and it is worthy of widely promoted and applied in primary hospital.
