肾血管性高血压鼠及局部脑缺血后下丘脑和血浆中内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽水平的变化

摘    要:实验测定了肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHR)不同鼠龄下丘脑和血浆ET、CGRP水平以及局部脑缺血后不同时期的变化。结果发现,3,7月龄RHR其下丘脑和血浆中的ET水平明显高于对照鼠。局部脑缺血组1天,RHR和对照鼠的下丘脑及血浆中ET、CGRP水平均比缺血前增高,缺血7天时,对照鼠ET、CGRP均恢复至缺血前水平,而在RHR,下丘脑和血浆ET仍高于缺血前水平,提示:高水平的ET可能参与了RHR高血压的形成和发展,而局部脑缺血后,ET大量持续释放,可能是导致高血压性脑梗塞患者恢复慢,疗效差的原因之一。

Abstract:ET and CGRP levels in hypothalamus and plasma of renovascular hypertensive rats (RHR) and after focal cerebral ischemia were measured by radioimmunoassay.the results showed that ET contents in hypothalamus and plasma of 3 and 7 months old RHR were remarkably higher than those of wistar rats with the same ages, when focal cerebral ischemia was sustauned for 1 day in RHR and Wistar rats ,both ET and CGRP levels in hypothalamus and plasma increased remarkably than those before nonischemic RHR and Wistar rats .When focal cerebral ischemia was sustained for 7 days ,ET and CGRP levels in hypothalamus and plasma of Wistar rats all recovered to the baseline levels ,but ET level in hypothalamus and plasma of RHR was still keeping higher levels than that before ischemia .The results suggested that high levles of ET contents of RHR may play an important role in the formation ,maintenance and development of hypertension .ET that keep high level releasing would be harmful to recovery of hypertensive cerebral ischemia .
