| 摘 要： | 目的：用中药复方制剂中风醒脑口服液治疗急性脑出血，以观察其临床疗效。方法：对56例中药治疗组与30例西药对照组随机分组对照观察。结果：中药治疗组总有效率为78．57％，病死率为12．50％；西药对照组总有效率为26．67％，病死率为40．00％。统计学处理有显著性差异（P＜0，05）。结论：中风醒脑口服液治疗脑出血具有广阔前景。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Zhongfeng Xingnao oral liquid in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 56 patients in treatment group received Zhongfeng Xingnao oral liquid,and 30patients in control group were treated with western medicine. Results: The total effective rate was 78. 57%and mortality was 12. 5% in treatment group, compared with 26. 67% and 40% in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P< 0. 05). Conclusion: Zhongfeng Xingnao oral liquid has broad prospects for treating cerebral hemorrhage. |
