透骨草化学成分研究

摘    要:目的 :研究透骨草化学成分。方法 :柱色谱分离 ,MS ,IR ,H ,13C NMR等鉴定化合物结构。结果 :从全草中分离得到 2个化合物 ,鉴定为 18 hydroxy(- ) manool和 β 谷甾醇。结论 :均系首次从该植物中获得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents from the herb Speranskia tuberculata. METHOD: The chemical constituents were extracted with solvent and separated with column chromatography. The structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULT: Two compounds were isolated from the plant and identified as 18-hydroxy(-)-manool and beta-sitosterol. CONCLUSION: Both were separated from this plant first time.
