己椒苈黄丸加减治疗肺心病痰热水瘀壅塞三焦的临床研究

认为痰热水瘀袭塞三焦是肺心病急性发作期客观存在的常见证候，以己椒苈黄丸加减为主治疗37例，总有效率为91．9％，采用常规西药治疗的对照组30例总有效率为76.7％。两组疗效对比有明显差异（P＜0.01）。治疗组临床疗效、症状疗效及改善血气、血流变等万面均优于对照组。

Clinical Study on Modified Jijiao Lihuang Pill for Stagnation of Phlegm-heat,Water and Blood Stasis in Tri-jiao of Pulmonary Heart Disease

Stagnation of phlegm-heat, water and blood stasis in tri-jiao is a common syndrome of pulmonary heart disease in acute stage. 37 patients were treated with modified Jijiao Lihuang Pill,and received a total effective rate of 91. 9%. 30 patients in control group who were treated with western medicine received a total effective rate of 76. 7%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0. 01). The patients in treatment group obtained better results in reliving symptoms and improving indexes of blood gas and hemorheology than the patients in control group.
