中西医结合治疗急性颅脑外伤伴颅内血肿

对急性颅脑外伤伴颅内血肿52例，应用中药脑血康口服液、川芎嗪注射液和其它活血化瘀、化痰通腑、益气健脾、补肾填精等药物，早期应用高渗性降颅压药甘露醇，多数病例加用糖皮质激素，发现对促进颅内血肿的吸收、降低颅内压和恢复神经功能疗效明显；西药对加速颅内血肿的吸收缺乏有效药物，而中药在这方面有独到之处。

Treatment of Acute Craniocerebral Injury Complicated by Intracranial Hematoma with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

52 patients who had acute craniocerebral injury complicated by intracranial hematoma were treated with Naoxuekang oral liquid, ligustrazine injection,and other medicines for promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis, resolving phlegm, relaxing the bowels, supplementing qi to invigorate the spleen, and tonifying the kidney to replenish essence. Mannitol injection was given to the patients in early stage, and the majority of patients also received glucocorticoid hormone for promoting absorption of intracranial hematoma, lowering intracranial pressure, and recoverying nervous function.Chinese herbal medicines were more effective in accelerating absorption of intracranial hematoma than western medicines.
