| 摘 要： | 以截毒无糖颗粒治疗肠源性内毒素血症患者30例，与思密达治疗31例比较，结果：截毒颗粒组的总有效率、显著率分别为86.67％和63．33％；思密达对照组总有效率、显著率分别为64．52％和22．58％，两者有明显差异（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。截毒颗粒组治疗后血中内毒素含量明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。

| Abstract: | Jiedu granule was applied to treat 30 patients with enterogenous endotoxemia and its therapeutic effect was contrasted with that of Smecta in treating 31 controls. The total effective rate and marked effective rate were 86. 67% and 63. 33% respectively in treatment group, compared with 64. 52% and 22. 58% in control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). After treatment, the quantity of endotoxin in blood was much lower in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05). |
