补气祛痰方治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

目的：探讨补气祛痰方的临床作用机理。方法：对冠心病心绞痛气虚痰浊证100例随机分组，对照观察。结果：补气祛痰组心绞痛缓解率86．67％，优于补气组和祛痰组（P＜0．05），同西药组相近（P＞0．05），并具有较好的改善血脂代谢、改善血液流变性、抗氧化和改善心功能的作用。结论：补气祛痰方是治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚痰浊证的有效方药，而“辨证论治”是取效的关键。

Clinical Study on Recipe of Supplementing Qi and Removing Phlegm in Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

To explore the clinical therapeutic mechanism of recipe of supplementing qi and removing phlegm in treating angina pectoris of CHD. Methods: 100 patients of angina pectoris with syndrome of deficiency of qi and stagnation of phlegm were observed in a random and control trial. Results: The remission rate of angina pectoris was 86.67% in group receiving this recipe, higher than that of groups receiving recipe of supplementing qi and recipe of removing phlegm (P< 0.05 ), while it was similar to that of group given western medicine (P>0.05 ). It had better effects of improving metabolish of blood-lipid and hemorrheolo gy,resisting oxidation and improving cardiac function. Conclusion: This recipe is effective for treating angina pectoris of CHD with syndrome of deficiency of qi and stagnation of phlegm. Treatment based on TCM syndrome differentiation is a key to receive the therapeutic effectiveness .
