复方北芪液对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织保护作用的实验研究

本研究采用大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞（MCAO）的脑缺血模型,随机将大鼠分为复方北芪液低剂量组、复方北芪液高剂量组、华佗再造丸对照组和病理组,从观察脑病理组织学以及超微结构等方面的变化入手,观察复方北芪液对MCAO大鼠恢复期脑组织病理改变的影响。结果显示：复方北芪液组与华佗再造丸组均能减少脑缺血后神经元的脱失,减轻脑组织超微结构的损害,减少梗塞软化灶,改善微循环,促进胶质细胞增生和脑组织修复;复方北芪液高剂量组优于低剂量组,有一定的量效关系。本研究为临床调整治疗剂量,提高疗效提供了实验依据。

Protective Effects of Fufang Beiqi Liquid on Brain Tissue of Rats with Focal Cerebral Ischemia

This study established MCAO rat models to observe the protective effects of Fufang Beiqi liquid on pathologic changes of brain tissue in recovery stage of cerebral ischemia. The rats were randomly divided into low dose and high dose Fufang Beiqi liquid groups,Huatuo Zaizao pill group and pathologic group. Results showed that Fufang Beiqi liquid and Huatuo Zaizao pill decreased neuronal dislocation and damage of ultrastructure of brain tissue, reduced malactic focus of infarction, improved microcirculation, and promoted proliferation of gliocyte and repair of brain tissue.The effects of Fufang Beiqi liquid in high dose group were better than in low dose group. The study provided a experimental evidence for increasing the therapeutic effects by regulation of dosage.
