| Abstract: | The effects of tetrandine (Tet), Taurine(Tau) and Tet Tau on platelet aggregation and thrombosis were studied in rat. Tet and Tau inhibited rat platelet aggregation induced by ADP, collagen and thrombin. Bothdrugs reduced wet weight of experimental thromb and the effeets of Tet Tau were markedly increased.Which suggested that the effects of the drug combination were more potental than the single administration. |
