金丝桃甙对心肌脂质过氧化的影响

摘    要:用TBA法测定丙二醛(MDA)含量,观察金丝桃甙(Hyp)对阿霉素以及缺氧/再灌注所致心肌脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明:Hyg100mg·kg-1和EGTA400μmol·kg-1ip可明显抑制阿霉素所致小鼠心肌MDA含量的升高,HPP可增强EGTA的作用,A23187拮抗Hyp的作用。HyP10、100μmol·L-1可显著减少缺氧;再灌注离体大鼠心脏MDA的产生。提示Hyp具有抗心肌脂质过氧化的作用,此作用可能与其阻滞钙内流有关。

Abstract:The effect of hyperin(Hyp) on adriamycin-and hypoxia/ reperfusion-induced myocardial lipid peroxidation was investigated using malondialdehyde (MDA) as an index. The increase in MDA in murine cardiac tissue after administration of adriamycun (15 mg·kg-1, ip) was significantly inhibited by Hyp 100 mg·kg-1 and EGTA 400 μmol·kg-1 ip. A23187 antagonized the effect of Hyp. Hyp enhanced the effect of EGTA. Also, Hyp 10, 100μmol· L-1 markedly reduced the increase in MDA production in isolated rat hearts after hypoxia/ reperfusion. The results suggest that Hyp possess an antiperoxidative activity, and this effect may be related to blocking calcium influx.(Now in Anhui Tunxi Second Pharmaceutical Factory,Huangshan 245011)
