曲美他嗪对心肌保护的研究进展

曲美他嗪作为一种新型的影响心肌代谢类药物,通过其特有的机制使能量代谢从脂肪酸氧化转移到葡萄糖氧化,增加了葡萄糖利用率,提高了ATP生成效率,起到能量优化的作用,从而减少心肌损伤达到心肌保护的作用。目前,曲美他嗪已应用于缺血性心肌病、心绞痛、心力衰竭、缺血/再灌注损伤及冠状动脉旁路移植术、经皮冠状动脉介入的治疗,均有较好的疗效,故具有良好的临床实用价值和应用前景。
