| 摘 要： | 目的 分析研究小肠间质瘤的术前超声特征，为临床手术提供更多的信息。方法 对21例经手术病理证实的小肠间质瘤患者术前超声诊断情况及特征进行分析。结果 21例中18例超声（85.7%）探测到腹部肿物，术前诊断为肠道肿瘤8例;14例显示血流信号，其中8例血流信号丰富;18例定位诊断准确，8例来源诊断正确。结论 超声检查为小肠间质瘤定位诊断、确定病变范围、了解病灶血流灌注提供了一种有价值的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze ultrasound characteristics of small intestinal stromal tumors(SISTs),and provide valuable information for operation.MethodsUltrasound diagnosis and characteristics of 21 patients with SISTs diagnosed pathologically and immunohistochemically were reviewed and analyzed.ResultsAbdomen masses were found in 18 cases(85.7%)using ultrasound.Eight cases of these patients could be diagnosed as intestinal tumors.Fourteen cases demonstrated blood flow signal using color Doppler flow image,of which 8 SISTs revealed a rich blood flow signal.Using ultrasound the location of 18 cases could be defined exactly,and the tumor origins of 8 cases were assessed correctly.ConclusionUltrasonography is a valuable method for defining location,size and vascularity of SIST. |
