| 摘 要： | 从引用文献、对比分析以及查新报告结论等方面阐述如何在查新报告中体现科技项目的先进性,指出应尽量引用核心期刊、科技含量高、博硕士论文等文献,选择较为先进的指标进行对比分析,查新结论需体现研究水平,希望能对科技项目的审批提供参考意见。

| Abstract: | The paper elaborates how to reveal the advanced nature of sci - tech projects in novelty assessment report from the perspectives of literature cited, comparative analysis as well as the conclusion of the novelty assessment report. It points out that we should cite core journal literatures, high technology literatures and dissertations as more as possible, choose the advanced criteria to work out comparative analysis, the novelty assessment results should reflect the level of the research. It hopes to provide reference for sci - tech projects approval. |
