49例大肠癌的选择性血管造影和灌注化疗分析

本文对经手术、病理证实的４９例大肠癌的选择性血管造影的诊断价值及灌注化疗的效果进行分析探讨。本组大肠癌血管造影的主要表现为：①供血动脉增粗、扭曲；②瘤周血管受压移位；③血管受侵犯；④肿瘤血管；⑤肿瘤染色；⑥引流静脉增粗、扭曲；⑦造影潴留时间延长；⑧静脉早显。以血管受侵犯、肿瘤血管、肿瘤染色最具有诊断价值。根据造影显示的血管改变将大肠癌分为Ⅲ型；Ⅰ型为多血管型；Ⅱ型为少血管型；Ⅲ型为中间型，介于多、

An Analysis of Selective Angiography and Infusion-Chemotherapy in 49 Cases of Colonic Carcinoma

The diagnostic value of selective angiography and the effect of infusion- chemotherapy in 49 cases with carcinoma of large intestine proved by 0peration and patholo- gy were studied.The main colonic carcinoma manifestations by angiography,were:(1)in- creased diameter and tortuosity of the feeding arteries.(2)compression and displacement of vessels around the cancer(3)vasculas encasement(4)tumor vessles(5)tumor stain,(6) increased diameter and tortuosity of the draining veins.(7)prolongation of tumor opacifica- tion(8)early opacification of the veins.Among them,vasculas encasement,tumor vessels and tumor stains were considered more valuable for the diognosis.According to the findings of angiography,carcinomas of large intestine could be divided into three types:(1)hyper- vascularity type,(2)hypovascularity type,(3)intermediate type.The authors found that the results of arterial infusion-chemotherapy were satisfactory in hypervascularity and hypo- vaseularity types,except the intermediate one,
