摘    要:目的探讨应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)技术评价早期系统性红斑狼疮(ESLE)患者左室长轴收缩功能的意义。方法12例ESLE患者与13例正常人行常规超声心动图检查和QTVI检查,应用QTVI技术离线分析室间隔、侧壁、前间隔、后壁、前壁、下壁处二尖瓣环速度曲线,测定二尖瓣环各节段收缩期峰值速度(Vs),并计算其平均值(AVs)。结果ESLE患者与正常人常规超声心动图各指标间差异无显著性意义,ESLE患者各节段Vs和AVs均较正常人显著降低。结论ESLE患者左室长轴收缩功能受损。左室长轴收缩功能是评价SLE患者心脏受累的敏感指标。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the left ventricular long-axis systolic function in patients with early systemic lupus erythematosus(ESLE)with quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI).Methods Twelve patients with ESLE and thirteen healthy subjects were evaluated with routine echocardiography and QTVI.The offline peak systolic velocities(Vs) of the septal,lateral,anterior,inferior,anteroseptal and posterior walls of mitral annulus were determined and the average Vs(AVs)was calculated.Results There was no statistically significant difference of indices on routine echocardiography between the two groups.Compared with the control,all the (Vs)s and(AVs ) s were statistically significantly reduced in ESLE patients.Conclusions In our study,in patients with ELSE,left ventricular long-axis systolic function was reduced.It is a sensitive index for assessing cardiac involvement.
