| 摘 要： | 目的:分析肿瘤治疗常用14种中药的元素含量;研究中药元素含量与中药性味功效的相关性,以期为中药的分类和评价提供一种新的方法。方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定14种中药中19种元素的含量,用统计软件(SPSS11.5)进行系统聚类分析。结果:14种中药分成两大类,与中医药传统性味和功效分类相符,相关系数r>0.80时,有2种药物聚类相似;相关系数r>0.70时,有2对药物聚类相似。结论:用元素含量作为中药的特征对中药进行分类方法可行,相关系数较大的药物,其药物性味功效相似性较大,揭示中药中元素含量与药物性味功效密切相关,为定量判断不同中草药间的性味类属关系提出了参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the contents of elements in 14 kinds of common used anti-tumors TCM,and to investigate the association between the element contents and the flavor,nature and efficacy of these medicine,and to develop a new method to classify and evaluate the quality of TCM.
