《内经》火郁发之探析

“火郁发之”为《内经》五郁治法之一。《内经》中,火郁即为心郁,导因于外感风寒,心气不舒,邪热怫郁于内,其治“发之”多以汗解。后世认为,火郁不仅可因外感,内伤也可致郁;且火郁不单指心郁,五脏皆有火郁之证;“发”谓升散透达。凡五脏之火郁,以升散透达之法治之者,均属“火郁发之”理论范畴。这是后世在《内经》基础上对该理论的发展。
