中西医结合疗法治疗肝癌34例疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合疗法对肝癌患者的临床治疗效果。方法收集2010年8月~2012年8月肝癌患者68例。对比观察中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)和西医治疗组(对照组)在治疗1个月后,碱性磷酸酶、γ-GP转氨酶、肝功转氨酶、总胆红素的水平和肿瘤体积大小的变化。结果治疗组的碱性磷酸酶、γ-GP转氨酶、肝功转氨酶、总胆红素水平的升高幅度都低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为79.4%(27/34),对照组为52.9%(18/34),治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗肝癌患者安全有效,疗效显著。

Efficacy Observation of 34 Cases of Hepatoma Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect on hepatoma in the patients treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods Sixty - eight hepatoma patients were collected from August 2010 to August 2012 in the Hospital. The changes in alkaline phosphatase （ALP） , γ -GP transami- nase, transaminase of liver function, total bilirnbin （TBIL） and tumor size were observed and compared in 1 month of treatment between an integrated Chinese and western medicine group（ treatment group）and a west-ern medicine group（ control group）. Results In the treatment group, the increasing range of ALP, γ - GP transaminase, transaminase of liver function, TBIL and tumor size was lower than that in the control group, in-dicating the significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate was 79.4% （ 27/34 ） in the treatment group and was 52.9% （18/34） in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher apparently than that in the control group, indicating the significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine achieves the safe and effective results in the treatment of hepatoma and the efficacy is significant.
