局部应用中药控释药条治疗急性冠周炎的临床观察

目的观察盲袋内局部应用中药控释药条治疗急性冠周炎的临床效果。方法选择有急性冠周炎疾病患者100例,治疗组初诊用3%H2O2溶液、0.9%NS交替进行冠周冲洗,盲袋内局部放置中药控释药条,5 d后复诊;对照组用3%H2O2溶液、0.9%NS交替进行冠周冲洗,盲袋内局部放置碘甘油,每日1次,连用5 d后复诊。对两组治疗前后临床症状的改善及盲袋内主要厌氧菌的杀灭率进行比较。结果两组治疗后临床症状均显著改善,对四类盲袋内主要厌氧菌的细菌杀灭率分别为54%和52%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该中药控释药条治疗急性冠周炎与每天冠周冲洗、碘甘油上药疗效相当。但副作用小,复诊次数少,是一种更为理想的冠周炎用药。

Clinical Observation of Acute Pericoronitis Treated with Local Application of Controlled Chinese Herbal Medicine Strips

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on acute pericoronitis treated with local ap-plication of controlled Chinese herbal medicine strips in gingival pocket. Methods One hundred patients of acute pericoronitis were collected. In the treatment group, at the first visit,3 % H202 solution and 0.9% NS were used to rinse pericoronal area ahematively. The controlled Chinese herbal medicine was placed in the gingival pocket. The patients were re - checked in 5 days. In the control group,3% H202 solution and 0.9% NS were used to rinse pericoronal area alternatively and iodine glycerin was placed in the local gingival pock- et, once a day. The patients were re - checked in 5 days. The improvements in clinical symptoms and the kill- ing rate of anaerobic bacteria were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The clini- cal symptoms were relieved significantly after treatment in the two groups. The killing rates of main anaerobic bacteria in the gingival pockets of four categories were 54% and 52% respectively and the difference was not significant between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The local application of controlled Chinese herbal medicine strips achieves the same efficacy on acute pericoronitis as compared with everyday pericoro-nal rinsing and iodine glycerin. But this therapy is less in side effect and reduces the frequency of re - visit. It is the better satisfactory medicine in the treatment of perieoronitis.
