摘    要:目的:探讨密闭式吸痰管在高频振荡通气(HFOV)中应用。方法:21例重症新生儿经HFOV治疗时应用密闭式吸痰管进行机械通气治疗。治疗过程中监测经皮测氧饱和度、动脉血气及氧合指数、动脉肺泡氧分压(a/A)等。结果:21例危重患儿用HFOV治疗时应用密闭式吸痰管进行呼吸道管理治疗2 h后F iO2明显下调,a/A PaO2比值升高,差异显著(P<0.05);至6 h后差异非常显著(P<0.01);且未出现肺气压伤,支气管肺发育不良等后遗症。结论:重症新生儿用HFOV并应用密闭式吸痰管进行呼吸道管理可获得显著疗效。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the role of the closed suction catheter in the high-frequency oscillatory ventilation(HFOV).Methods: 21 neonatal infant with severe disease in HFOV treatment by application of closed suction tube for mechanical ventilation.The percutaneous oxygen saturation,arterial blood gases,oxygenation index,arterial alveolar partial pressure of oxygen(a/A) and so on were monitored in the course of treatment.Results: After 2 hours of treatment,FiO2 was decreased,a/A PaO2 ratio was increased,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There is the more significant difference after 6 hours(P<0.01).And lung injury,bronchopulmonary dysplasia and so on were not observed. Conclusion: There are significant effects for severe neonatal infants by HFOV with closed suction tube airway management.
