摘    要:目的优选安乳颗粒的水煎工艺。方法以浸膏得率和芍药苷含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验进行优选。结果水煎工艺影响因素依次为加水量、提取时间和浸泡时间。最佳工艺条件为加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1.0 h。结论优选的水煎工艺易于操作,合理可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the water extraction technology and condition of Anru Granules.Methods With the extract yield and content of paeoniflorin as indexes,the conditions of the process was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal experiment.Results The affecting factors of water extraction process were as follows:added water volume>extraction time>soaking time.The optimized water extraction technology and conditions were adding 8 times water and decoction for twice with 1.0 h for each time.Conclusion The process is reasonable,practicable and convenient.
