| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位埋线配合太极拳运动治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例予以穴位埋线配合太极拳运动治疗,对照组25例口服莫沙必利片治疗;比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论穴位埋线配合太极拳运动治疗便秘型肠易激综合征具有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding plus taijiquan exercise in treating irritable bowel syndrome of constipation type.Methods The patients were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 30 patients received acupoint catgut embedding plus taijiquan exercise and the control group of 25 patients took mosapride tablets.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding plus taijiquan exercise has clinically a good therapeutic effect on irritable bowel syndrome of constipation type. |
