带筋膜蒂桡骨瓣在第1掌骨缺损中的应用

摘    要:目的介绍应用带筋膜蒂桡骨瓣治疗第1掌骨缺损的手术方法。方法对9例外伤性第1掌骨缺损患者,设计带桡侧筋膜蒂的桡骨下段骨瓣进行修复。结果术后经6-48个月随访,移植骨块全部骨性愈合,手功能按手外科学会上肢功能评定标准评定,优7例,良2例。结论骨瓣切取方便,血供可靠且不损伤主要血管,是修复手部软组织伴骨缺损的较好方法。

Transfer of radius fascia bone-skin flap for repairing the first metacarpal bone defect

Abstract:Objective To report the treatment outcome of transfering radius fascia bone-skin flap for repairing the first metacarpal bone defect. Methods 9 patients with the first metacarpal bone defect were repaired by transfering radius fascia bone-skin flap. Results All the bone-skin flaps completely survived. The patients were followed-up for 6 to 48 months postoperatively, the bone union was obtained in all transplants.According to the upper arm function assessment criterion issued by hand surgery association of Chinese Medical Association, excellent results was in 7 cases and good results was in 2 case. Conclusion The radius fascia bone-skin flap has following advantages: easy dissection, reliable blood supply, and no major blood vessel needed to be sacrificed, so it is an effective procedure for repairing the first metacarpal bone defect.
