高频超声检测颈动脉病变对预防脑梗死的临床价值

目的探讨高频超声检测颈动脉病变对脑梗死预防的临床价值。方法78例脑梗死患者为脑梗死组和78名健康者为健康对照组，高频超声检测其颈动脉内一中膜厚度（IMT）、斑块数量及斑块回声类型。结果与对照组相比，脑血管病组IMT高于健康对照组，粥样硬化斑块检出率（85．9％）明显高于健康对照组，低回声斑块及混合回声斑块较健康对照组数目增多（P〈0．05）。结论IMT与粥样斑块的类型对预测脑梗死的发生有密切联系。高频超声检测颈动脉内，中膜厚度和粥样硬化斑块类型，可提供治疗及预防脑梗死的客观依据。

Clinical value of prevention of cerebral infarction in examining carotid artery disease by high frequency ul- trasound

ObJective To investigate clinical value of prevention of cerebral infaretion in examining carotid artery disease hy high frequency nhrasound. Methods Seventy-eight patients with cerehral infarction and seventy- eight control subjects were enrolled in this study. Intima-media thickness （IMT）of carotid adery,echo type and quan- tity of carotid artery p｜aqnes were compared between the two gronps. Results The IMT of patients with cerehral in- farction was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of carotid atherosclerosis plaque in patients with cerebral infarction was 85.9%, which was significantly higher than that of control group . The ratio of hypoechoic and heterogeneous plaques in patients with cerebral infarction was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The occurrence of cerebral infarction is closely related to the carotid atherosclerosis . That carotid ultrasonography examined IMT and echo type of carotid artery plaques can provide an evidence for pre- vention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
