多层螺旋CT三维成像在胸部外伤诊断中的价值

目的探讨多层螺旋cT三维成像在胸部外伤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析120例胸部外伤患者多层螺旋cT多种后处理重组的影像表现。结果本组120例胸部外伤，其中第1～3肋骨骨折12例，第4—7肋骨骨折77例，第9～12肋骨骨折31例；右侧肋骨骨折44例，左侧58例，双侧18例，合并肺挫伤63例，血气胸42例。结论多层螺旋cT扫描在胸部外伤中具有重要的诊断价值，其后处理重组在诊断中具有更高的敏感性和特异性：建议有条件的医院应将其列为胸部外伤后的常规检查项目。

Multilayer spiral CT 3D imaging in the diagnosis of the chest trauma

Objective To explore the diagnosis value of multi-slice CT（MSCT）in the of chest trauma. Methods Retrospective analyzed the chest trauma patients＇ MSCT imaging after post-processing restructuring. Results This group of 120 cases of chest trauma including 12 cases fibs fractured from 1 to 3, 77 cases of ribs fractured from 4 to 7, 31 cases of ribs fractured from 9 to 12. Right ribs fractured in 44 cases, left ribs fractured in 58 cases, 63 cases with pulmonary contusion, 42 cases with hemopncumothorax. Conclusion MSCT scanning has important diagnostic value in the chest trauma, subsequent processing restructuring has higher sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis. It is suggested that the hospital should put MSCT scanning as routine check after chest trauma if it is possible.
