| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64层螺旋cT血管成像（CTA）在诊断头颈部血管病变中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年7月至12月期间临床怀疑头颈部血管病变的患者85例,所有病例均应用容积再现（VR）、多平面重组（MPR）、最大密度投影（MIP）和曲面重组（cPR）等技术进行分析。结果CTA可以清晰显示头颈部主要动脉及病变的大小、形态、范围,达到临床诊断要求。结论64层螺旋CT血管成像检查是一种有效的检查方法,对于头颈部血管病变的病因诊断及治疗计划的选择有着重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography （CTA） in head and neck vascular diseas. Methods Retrospective analysis of 85 patients who were suspected with the head and neck vascular disease, used the volume rendering （VR）, the multi-planar reformation （MPR）, the maximum intensity projection （MIP）, the curved planar reformation （CPR）. Results The CTA could clearly show primary head and neck arteries, and also show the size, appearance and scope of the lesion clearly, to achieve clinical diagnostic requirements. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography is an effective method,which has an important clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment selection of the head and neck vascular disease. |
