脑转移瘤的CT表现与诊断分析

目的分析脑转移瘤CT影像表现，提高对CT诊断脑转移瘤的认识和水平。方法回顾分析本院临床确诊的23例脑转移瘤患者的资料。结果本组23例病例，20例位于幕上，3例位于幕下，多发17例，单发6例，多数呈中重度水肿。原发病灶多来源于肺癌。结论转移瘤以幕上居多，多发为主，“小病灶，大水肿”是较为特征的表现，CT检查明显有助于脑转移瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。

CT manifestations and diagnostic analysis of metastasis tumor of brain

Objective To improve the cognitive level of CT in the diagnosis of metastasis tumor of brain through the analysis of CT manifestations ahout metastasis tumor of brain. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with brain metastasis tumor diagnosed definitely in our hospital in recent years were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 23 patients, 20 cases located above tentorium cerebelli and only 3 cases under tentorium cerebelli, 17 cases are multiple and 6 cases are single,the majority showed moderate or severe edema. The primary lesions almost origi-nated from lung cancer. Conclusion Metastatic encephaloma are mainly supratentorial tumors, and multiple-occur- ring,of which typical features is small lesions,and severe edema. Computed tomography of the brain significantly con- tributes to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of brain metastatic tumor.
