| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药复方灌肠Ⅰ号治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效，对慢性盆腔炎的病位、病因、病机及治疗方法进行初步探讨。方法参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的诊断标准和评分标准，对2000年7月～2006年12月我院住院慢性盆腔炎病例1560例作回顾总结。结果临床总有效率为97．0％。结论中药复方灌肠Ⅰ号直肠给药对慢性盆腔炎疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effect on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with chinese medicine compound enema NO. 1. To conduct a preliminary study on the location, cause, pathogenesis and treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Meth- ods Reference to the diagnostic criteria and score standards of ＇Chinese medicine chnical research guidelines for new drugs＇ ,we reviewed 1560 cases patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease during July 2007 to December 2006. Results The total Clinical efficiency is 97%. Conclusion It is effective that rectal enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with chinese medicine compound enema NO.1. |
