LF+DDP和LF+L-OHP方案在晚期胃腺癌化疗中的对照观察

目的　在晚期胃腺癌化疗中 ,对LF +DDP和LF +L OHP两方案进行评价。方法　 6 0例晚期胃癌病人被随机分成甲、乙两组。甲组 30例给予LF +DDP方案两周期 ,乙组 30例给予LF LOHP方案两周期。结果　LF +DDP方案中肌酐升高发生率和呕吐发生率高于LF +L OHP方案 ,差异有意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,神经系统毒性发生率低于LF +L OHP方案 ,差异有意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两方案有效率无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但LF +DDP方案在化疗费用上只占LF +L OHP方案的 4 3.5 %。结论　LF +DDP是治疗晚期胃腺癌有效且低费用方案。

Comparative study between LF-DDP and LF+L-OHP in chemotherapy for advanced gastric adenocarcinoma

Objective To evaluate the preference between LF DDP regimen and LF L-OHP regimen in chemotherapy for advanced gastric adenocarcinoma patients. Methods 60 cases of advanced gastric adenocarcinoma patients were randomly allocated to group A and B. Group A(30 cases) and group B(30 cases) were treated with the LF DDP regimen and LF L-OHP regimen respectively for two cycles. Results The incidence of elevation of Cr and the incidence of vomiting of the LF DDP regimen were higher than those of the LF L-OPH regimen. The LF DDP group had lower incidence of toxicity in nervous system than the LF L-OPH one,which had significant difference(p<0.05).The two regimens showed no significant difference in the remissive rate (p>0.05). But when it came to the expense,LF DDP regime was 43.5% as much as that in LF L-OHP group. Conclusion The LF DDP regimen must be preferable to treating advanced gastric adenocarcinoma,for it is inexpensive but effective.
