| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理文件归档管理的方法。方法将纸质文件统一归档管理,同时利用计算机护理档案管理程序,将纸质文件的相关内容进行电子归档。结果实现档案信息资源的现代化管理,方便、快捷地发挥护理档案的功效并充分利用。结论加强护理文件档案管理,对提高护理管理,确保护理服务质量与安全、促进护理学科的发展具有重要意义。
