纺织女工暂时性听阈位移与噪声性听力损失

目的研究影响暂时性听阈位移与噪声性听力损失的因素及各因素之间的关系。方法应用直线相关回归、逐步多元回归和协方差分析等统计学方法分析暂时性听阈位移与听阈、噪声强度、工龄、年龄等因素之间的关系。结果暂时性听阈位移与噪声强度呈正相关，与听阈、工龄、年龄呈负相关。结论在噪声暴露时间及测定时间一定、噪声频谱相近的情况下，暂时性听阈位移主要受听阈、噪声强度和工龄的影响。听力受到损伤后对噪声有一定耐受性

Temporary threshold shift and noise-induced hearing lost in women spinner

Objective To research the factors which influense on noise-induced temporary threshold shift ( TTS) and noise -induced hearing lost, and research the relationship of the factors.Method Statistical methods of linear regression, multiple stepwised regression, two-way ANOVA were used to analysis the relation of TTS with audition, noise level, working-year and age.Results TTS was corelative with noise- level and disrelative with audition, working-year and age.Conclusion As noise-exposure time and recover time fixed, the frequence bund of noise was resemble,temporary threhsold shift are infacted by audition, noise- level and work year mainly. When the hearing loss,the workers can resistant noise in some distend.
