老年癌症患者的心理障碍及治疗

目的：探讨心理因素与老年癌症患者之间的关系及其抑郁治疗的效果。方法：对３４名老年癌症患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ＨＡＭＤ）和症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）评分并与３４名正常老年人进行比较。给予３４名癌症患者服用盐酸氟西汀（百忧解）每日２０ｍｇ治疗８周后，再次进行ＨＡＭＤ和ＳＣＬ－９０评分，并与治疗前进行比较。同时测定癌症患者抑郁治疗前后外周血中的Ｔ细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白。结果：老年癌症患者与下沉老年人比

The research and treatment of the psychological barrier with old patients of cancer

Objective: To study the relationship between the factor of psychology and the old patients with cancer, and the effect of the antidepressants on these patients. Methods: The standard of HAMD and SCL -90 of 34 old patients with cancer was compared with 34 normal old people. 34 old patients with cancer was given Fluoxetine, up to 20mg/day, for 8 weeks, and compared their standard of HAMD and SCL- 90 now to their standard before the treatment. Results: To compare with the normal old people, the old patients with cancer had a significant psychological barrier. After 8 weeks of treatment with Fluoxetine, the patients's symptom of psychological barrier had improved, the standard of HAMD and SCL - 90 was decreased, the amount of immunoglobulin G、A、M and T - lymphocytes subgroup CD、CD4、CD4/CD8 NK had increased. Conclusion:The cancer was associated with the factor of psychology. After treatment with antidepressant, the psychological barrier and immunity of the patients had been improved, and the other treatment of the cancer would have better results.
