| 摘 要： | 目的：了解南宁市食品及腹泻病人、奶牛致泻性大肠杆菌污染、感染状况。方法：对４６６份各类标本（肉类、奶类、海产品、蔬菜及腹泻者肛拭、奶牛粪便等）进行致泻性大肠杆菌病原分离培养。结果：未检获Ｏ１５７：Ｈ７，检获其他致泻性大肠杆菌１１５株，检出率为２３．１％，其中ＥＰＥＣ３５株（３０．４３％），ＥＩＥＣ１７株（１４．７８％），ＥＴＥＣ２１株（１８．２６％），ＥＳＩＥＣ４２株（３６．５２％）。结论：食品被

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the infection of diarrheacausing E coli(DCEC) in Nanning Methods:466 specimens of meat,milk,sea food,vegetable and feces of patients,soil of milk cow were cultured for diarrheacausing E coli Results:O 157 :H 7 wasn't obtained 115 strains of diarrheacausing E Coli including 35 strains of EPEC(30 43%),17 strains of EIEC(14 78%),21 strains of ETEC(18 26%) and 42 strains of ESIEC(36 52%) were isolated The positive rate was 23 18% Conclusion:Contaminated food by DCEC was one of the important factor of food poisoning,and ESIEC maybe was one of the important pathogen |
