定时排空湿化罐对呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响

目的探讨机械通气患者定期排空湿化罐对呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）的影响。方法对240例机械通气患者随机分成2组，观察组每24h排空湿化罐，对照组仅在湿化罐内湿化液低于水位下限时给予添加，比较VAP的发生率。结果240例机械通气患者有96例发生VAP，共培养238株病原菌，观察组VAP的发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．4，P〈0．05）。结论机械性通气患者每24h排空湿化罐在一定程度上可降低VAP的发生。

Regular Emptiness of Humidification Pot on Ventilator-associated Pneumonia
