160对自然流产夫妇的细胞遗传学研究

采用外周血淋巴细胞培养和Ｇ显带染色，分析研究自然流产夫妇细胞遗传学的资料以及染色体异常与流产的关系。结果发现染色体异常１０例，占受检人数３．１３％。其中６例平衡易位，占６０％（包括非同源性罗伯逊易位４例，相互易位２例）；臂间倒位２例，余为染色体部分缺失。１０例染色体异常者均有反复流产史。平衡易位是流产夫妇中最常见的染色体异常，染色体倒位是自然流产患者的另外一种染色体异常。对自然流产患者夫妇做染色体检查具有重要的临床意义

STUDY ON CYTOGENETICS OF 160 COUPLES WITH NATURAL ABORTION

Using lymph-cell culture in blood and G-banded dye of chromosome, thecytogenetics data of 160 couples who were aborted naturally and the relationship betweenthe chromsome abnormal and the abortion were analysed.The results showed that 10 caseswere detected chromosome abnormal, which proportion was 3. 13% in total trialed people.6 of them with basance translocation was sixty percent(60%),including 4 cases Robertso-nian translocation with different source and 2 cases with translocation of each other. Theinversion of arm was 2 cases,and remains was deletion. These 10 patients whose chromo-some abnormal all have repeated aborion hiostories,among which the balance transloca-tion wasa common chromosome abnormal,and the inversion was another kind of chromo-some abnormal in natural abortion couples.It is suggested that examining the chromosomein couples with natural abortion has an important clinical significance.
