黄芪颗粒辅助治疗淋巴结结核的临床观察

目的观察黄芪颗粒辅助抗结核药物治疗淋巴结结核的临床疗效。方法将我所2008年5月～2010年5月临床确诊的78例淋巴结结核患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例,对照组常规应用2HRZE/7HRE方案抗结核化疗,治疗组在2HRZE/7HRE方案的基础上在强化期加用黄芪颗粒,观察两组患者淋巴结的变化情况及不良反应,按疗效判定标准判定疗效。结果治疗组在第2、4、8 w的显效率分别为27.5%、60.0%、77.5%,高于对照组的7.9%、21.1%、31.6%;总有效率分别为80.0%、92.5%和97.5%,也均高于对照组的55.3%、73.7%和79.0%,两组的疗效差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);在疗程结束时,治疗组的治愈率为95.0%,而对照组为76.3%,无统计学差异。未发现明显副作用。结论黄芪颗粒辅助抗结核药物治疗淋巴结结核有明显的治疗效果,且无毒副作用,具有较好的临床应用前景。

EFFECT OF HUANG QI GRANULES COMBINED WITH ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS DRUGS ON LYMPH NODE TUBERCULOSIS

Objective To observe the effect of Huang Qi granules combined with anti - tuberculosis drugs on lymph node tuberculosis. Methods Seventyeight patients clinically diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis from May 2008 to May 2010 were randomly admitted to two groups： test and control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine chemotherapy of 2HRZE/THRE, while those in test group were treated with Huang Qi granules in intensive phase in addition to the above drugs. We analyzed the changes of lymph nodes and side effects in the two groups. Results The efficiency and the overall response rate in test group in the second week, the fourth week and the eighth week were 27. 5%, 60. 0%, 77. 5% and 80. 0%, 92. 5%, 97.5%, respectively; comparing with 7.9%, 21.1%, 31.6% and 55.3%, 73.7%, 79. 0%, respectively in control group, the difference is statistically signifi- cant （p 〈0. 05）. The cure rate in test group was 95.0%, while that in control group was 76. 3%, the difference was not significant （p 〉 0.05）, with no significant side effect. Conclusion Huang Qi granules combined with anti -- tu- berculosis drugs could improve the outcome in lymph node tuberculosis.
