超声诊断小儿急性阑尾炎的临床价值

目的探讨超声诊断小儿急性阑尾炎声像图特征及临床价值。方法通过回顾分析45例经手术后病理证实小儿急性阑尾炎的超声声像图特征。结果 45例小儿急性阑尾炎患者中,超声诊断为:38诊断为急性阑尾炎,2例诊断为右下腹淋巴结肿大,2例右下腹肠管壁增厚并轻度扩张,3例正常。病理分型:急性化脓性阑尾炎27例,单纯性阑尾炎11例,急性坏疽性阑尾炎7例。结论超声检查可作小儿急性阑尾炎的不同类型及病程作出较正确的判断,为临床提供重要的诊断依据及选择最佳治疗方案的依据。

CLINICAL VALUE OF ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSIS OF INFANTILE ACUTE APPENDICITIS

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasography in the diagnosis of child acute appendicitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the image features - of 45 cases of acute appendicitis confirmed by pathology findings. Results Among 45 cases, 38 cases were diagnosed as acute appendicitis, 2 cases were diagnosed as roesenteric lyrophadenitis, 2 cases were diagnosed as right lower abdomen intestines wall incrassation with cavity mild expansion and 3 cases were diagnosed normal. According to pathology, 11 eases were with acute simple appendi- citis, 27 cases were with acute pyo - appendicitis and 7 eases with acute gangrenous appendicitis. Conclusion Ultrasound examination can make the different types and course of infantile acute appendicitis to make a correct judgment, for clinical to provide important diagnosis basis and to choose the best treatment plan.
