脐血中MMP-1及TIMP-1对妊娠期高血压疾病患者新生儿出生体重的影响

摘    要:目的探讨脐血血清中MMP-1及TIMP-1的表达对妊娠期高血压疾病患者新生儿出生体重的影响。方法选取43例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为实验组,其中妊娠期高血压18例、轻度子痫前期9例、重度子痫前期16例,同期30例正常晚孕妇为对照组,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测脐血血清中MMP-1及TIMP-1的表达。结果随妊娠期高血压疾病严重程度加重,脐血血清中MMP-1表达逐渐下降,新生儿出生体重逐渐下降,且两者之间呈正相关(r=0.551,p<0.01);但各组间TIMP-1的表达差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),且脐血血清中TIMP-1的表达与新生儿出生体重之间无相关性(r=-0.107,p=0.369>0.05)。结论 MMP-1与妊娠期高血压疾病患者新生儿出生体重之间存在相关性,影响新生儿出生体重。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metallopreteinases - 1 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases - 1 in umbilicus serum of patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy influence on neonate body weight. Methods Forty - three inpatients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy were recruited in the study, included eighteen patients with gestational hypertension and nine with mild preeclampsia and sixteen with severe pre- eclampsia, and thirty cases of normal pregnant woman as control were collected. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to analyze MMP - 1 and TIMP - 1 in umbilicus serum. Results The more serious was hypertensive disor- ders in pregnancy, the lower was the expression of MMP - 1 in umbilicus serum, and the lower was neonate body weight. And there was a positive correlation between the expression of MMP - 1 in umbilicus serum and neonate body weight (r = 0. 551, p 〈0.05 ). Whereas there was not significant difference among every group about the contents of TIMP - 1 in umbilicus serum (p 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion There was a close correlation between the expression of MMP -1 in umbilicus serum and neonate body weight, and MMP - 1 in umbilicus serum influence on neonate body weight.
