阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾治疗社区获得性肺炎临床观察

目的探讨阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾治疗社区获得性肺炎（community acquired pneumonia,CAP）的临床疗效。方法将60例CAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾1.2g静滴Bid,对照组给予头孢呋辛2.0g静滴Bid,疗程均为7d,其他治疗2组相似。观察治疗前后2组临床症状、体征及疗效。结果 2组治疗前临床症状、体征的基本情况无显著性差异,阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾治疗组临床有效率为83%,对照组治疗后临床有效率为60%,显示治疗组的疗效优于对照组。结论阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾治疗社区获得性肺炎可作为一种选择。

Clinical observation on amoxicillin/clarvulanic acid on the treatment of community acquired pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of amoxieillin / elavulanic acid on Community acquired pneumonia （ CAP ）.Methods 60 patients were divided randomly into two groups： ①Group one（treatment group）： The patients were treated with amoxieillin / clavulanic acid 1.2 g Bid.② Group two （Control group ） ： the patients were treated with cefuroxime 2.0 g Bid. Both groups were treated for 7 clays with other same therapy.The clinical symptom, sings and curative effect were observed before and after treatment .Results There was no significant difference in clinical symptoms and physical condition between the two groups before the treatment. After treatment,clinical efficiency in treatment group （83%） was significant higher than those of control group （60% P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid can be an option to the therapy for CAP.
