超声检查在妇产科急腹症中的应用价值

目的：研究超声显像在妇产科急腹症的作用，并探讨彩色多普勒的应用价值。方法：对98例妇产科急诊患者进行超声检查，并与手术及病理结果行对照分析。结果：98例急诊经超声检查诊断为：宫外孕48例，（经手术证实44例），超声符合率91．6％，流产38例，其中不全流产29例，符合率96．5％，先兆流产6例，及难免流产3例，符合率均100％，卵巢肿瘤扭转12例，符合率75％，平均准确率为92．6％，结论：超声检查是妇产科急诊的首选检查方法，检查迅速，无痛苦，准确率高，这对及时作出诊断，选择治疗方案，有重要的临床价值。

The Application of Ultrasonography in Acute Disease of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective: To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in acute disease of obstetrics and gynecology, as well as the application of the color Doppler. Methods: All the 98 cases of acute disease of obstetrics and gynecology were examined by the ultrasonography, and the results confirmed by surgical and pathologic findings were analysed. Results: Among all the 98 cases. 48 were diagnosed as extrauterine pregnancy by ultrasonography, in which 44 were confirmed by surgery, and the correct rate was 91.6%. In the 38 cases of abortion, incomplete abortion accounts 29, the rate was 96.5%, threatened abortion 6, inevitable abortion 3, the rates were both 100%. Ovarian tumor torsion 12, the rate 75%. Above all, the mean correct rate is 92.6%. Conclusion: The ultrasonography should be the first choice in the diagnosis of the acute disease of obstetrics and gynecology. With the advantages the quickness of examination, acheless and high accuracy, it is of important clinical value to make diagnosis timely and select right treatment.
