双黄连治疗手-足-口病48例效果观察

目的:观察手-足-口病患者使用双黄连治疗的效果。方法:对97例手-足-口病患者分别使用双黄连或病毒唑外用治疗,观察其体温等全身症状以及手足部症状的改变。结果:通过对48例手-足-口病患者使用双黄连治疗的效果观察,证实该药能使患者体温迅速下降,手足皮疹干燥结痂,口腔小疱疹及溃疡炎症明显减轻,一般状况改善迅速。结论:双黄连治疗手-足-口病具有明显疗效。

Observation on the therapeutic effect of shuang huang lian in 48 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of shuang huang lian in hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:Clinical observations were carried out on 97 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease treated with shuang huang lian or ribavirini,The patients's temperature,oral and arch symptom were recorded.Results:The results demonstrate that the drug can make body temperature drop to normal rapidly,the hand and foot's rashes form dry crust,the oral herpes and ulcer alleviate oviously,the general symptoms improve markedly.Conclusions:Shuang huang lian is effective in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.
