孕妇产前ABO和Rh血型抗体检测结果分析

目的:研究血型抗体效价异常在孕妇中所占比率及临床意义。方法:对702例O型Rh(+)孕妇血清IgG抗-A(B)和21例RhD(-)孕妇血清IgG抗-D效价进行检测与分析,并与临床资料进行比较研究。结果:702例O型孕妇血清IgG抗-A(B)效价≥64有351例,异常检出率为50.0%,21例RhD(-)孕妇血清IgG抗-D效价≥64有3例,异常检出率为14.3%。结论:孕妇血清中IgG抗体效价的高低与HDN的发生成正比,在产前保健孕妇中进行ABO及Rh血型抗体效价检测,可减少由于母婴血型不合引起的溶血疾病发生。

Analysis of the ABO and Rh blood group antibody in pregnant women

Objective:To study the clinical significances and rate of maternal-fetal ABO blood group and Rh blood group incompatibility in pregnant women.Methods:The blood samples from 702 pregnant women were collected before delivery and the ABO and Rh(D) blood type of the samples were identified.The lgG antibody titer of anti-A or anti-B of the ABO and anti-D of the RHD blood group were detected by the tube method.Results:The lgG anti-A/B titer of 351 cases were more than 64 in 702 pregnant woman whose blood group were O.The abnormal rate was 50.0%.The lgG anti-D titer of 3 cases were more than 64 in 21 pregnant woman whose blood group were RhD(-).The abnormal rate was 14.3%.Conclusion:Serum IgG antibody titers of pregnant woman were positively correlated with the incidence of HDN.ABO and Rh blood group antibody titer test in prenatal care for pregnant women can reduce the incidence of HDN disease.
