乌灵胶囊治疗焦虑症的临床研究

目的研究分析乌灵胶囊对患有焦虑症的患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取86例患有焦虑症的患者，随机分为A、B两组，各43例。A组患者采用黛力新进行治疗；B组患者采用黛力新与乌灵胶囊联合进行治疗。结果B组患者治疗后的焦虑症状改善效果明显优于A组（P〈0．05）；治疗前后的HAMA评分的变化幅度明显大于A组（P〈0．05）；治疗方案实施过程中的出现不良反应人数明显少于A组（P〈0．05）。结论乌灵胶囊治疗焦虑症临床效果非常明显。

Clinical evaluation of Wuling capsule in the treatment of anxiety disorders

Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of Wuling capsule in patients with anxiety disorders.Methods 86 cases with anxiety disorders were included,which were divided into two groups of A and B,each group were 43 cases.Patients in group A received deanxit treatment;patients in group B received joint treatment of deanxit and Wuling capsule.Results After treatment anxiety symptom improvement in group B is significantly better than group A(P < 0.05);change in group B in amplitude of the HAMA score before and after treatment was significantly greater than in group A(P < 0.05);in group B,anxiety symptoms began to improve significantly earlier than in group A(P < 0.05);in group B the number of adverse response was significantly less than group A(P < 0.05);symptom recurrence rate was significantly lower than in group A after treatment.Conclusion The clinical effect of the Wuling capsule on patients who had anxiety disorders is very obvious.
