自制洛美沙星滴耳液棉片贴补法治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效

目的探讨用自制洛美沙星滴耳液棉片贴补法及微波理疗治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效。方法选取2007年8月—2011年6月在昌黎县人民医院院就诊的162例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者,按数字随机法分成A(81例)和B组(81例)。A组采用自制洛美沙星滴耳液棉片贴补法及微波理疗治疗,B组采用传统治疗方法,比较两组疗效。结果 A组治愈78例,治愈率96.3%;B组治愈64例,治愈率79.01%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用自制洛美沙星滴耳液棉片贴补法及微波理疗治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔,可以提高治愈率,疗效确切。

Efficacy of patching with self-made lomefloxacini hydrochloride ear drop cotton slices in treatment of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane

Objective]To discuss the efficacy of patching with self-made lomefloxacini hydrochloride ear drop cotton slices and microwave therapy in treatment of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane.Methods]162 patients with traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane in Changli people’s hospital from August 2007 to June 2011 were divided into group A(81 cases) and group B(81 cases) by the numeric random method.Group A was treated by patching with self-made lomefloxacini hydrochloride ear drop cotton slices and microwave therapy,and group B was given traditional therapy.The efficacy of two groups was compared.Results]78 patients in group A were cured with the cure rate of 96.3%,64 patients in group B were cured with the cure rate of 79.01%,and the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion]The patching with self-made lomefloxacini hydrochloride ear drop cotton slices and microwave therapy makes a definite curative effect in treatment of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane,and can increases the cure rate.
