额部转移皮瓣联合耳软骨移植下睑再造的研究

目的探讨额部转移皮瓣联合耳软骨移植下睑再造的效果。方法将2005年6月至2010年5月我院收治31例患者随机分为实验组16例和对照组15例,实验组采用额部转移皮瓣联合耳软骨移植术,对照组采用异体巩膜移植术。术后随访1～5年。比较两组患者术后眼睑活动度、闭合情况、排斥反应和视力。结果实验组16例眼睑活动自如和闭合完全,未现排斥反应,视力为3.8±0.4;对照组13例眼睑活动自如,12例闭合完全,2例出现排斥反应,视力为3.3±0.6,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论额部转移皮瓣联合耳软骨移植保持了患者眼睑功能和视力,具有良好的效果。

Study on Forehead Flap Transmission Combined with Auricular Cartilage Graft in Lower Eyelid Reconstruction

Objective To explore the effect of forehead flap transmission combined with auricular cartilage graft in lower eyelid reconstruction.Methods 31 patients in our hospital from June 2005 to May 2010 were randomly divided into trial group(16 cases) and control group(15 cases).The trial group received frontal flap transmission combined with auricular cartilage transplantation,and the control group received allogeneic sclera transplantation.All patients were followed up for 1 to 5 years.The postoperative eyelid activity,closure situation,rejection and vision were compared.Results The trial group had 16 cases of free eyelid activity and complete closure and no cases of rejection;the visual acuity was 3.8 ± 0.4.The control group had 13 cases of free eyelid activity,12 cases of complete closure and 2 cases of rejection;the visual acuity was 3.3 ± 0.6.The difference between two groups had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions The forehead flap transmission combined with auricular cartilage graft can maintain patients’ normal eyelid function and vision.
