加味定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘72例疗效观察

目的观察加味定喘汤对支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法将72例支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组36例给予常规吸氧、解痉、抗感染等治疗;治疗组36例在对照组治疗的基础上给予加味定喘汤治疗;两组均以2周为一疗程。一个疗程后检测肺功能、血气分析水平变化的比较。结果两组治疗后,肺功能、血气分析、临床疗效较治疗前有显著改善(P0.05),治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在西医治疗基础上加用加味定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘可改善患者肺功能,控制临床症状,缓解复发率。

Chinese medicine jiawei dingchuan decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma: 72 observations on its curative effect

Objective To observe the effect of Jiawei Dingchuan Decoction on patients with bronchial asthma clinical curative effect.Methods 72 bronchial asthma cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 in the control group were given conventional oxygen,antispasmodic and anti-infective therapy;treatment group and 36 cases in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine Jiawei Dingchuan Decoction treatment along with conventional therapy used in the control group;2-week treatment course applied to both groups.After a course of treatment,we conducted a comparative analysis on changes of pulmonary function and blood gas analysis level.Result After the treatment,pulmonary function,the blood gas analysis and the clinical efficacy of patients in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),but difference in the improvement degree was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By combined western medicine combined with Chinese medicine Jiawei Dingchuan Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients,lung function could be improved,clinical symptoms could be controlled and recurrent incidents could be eased.
